Australia Post Clearances
Have you received a notice from Australia post showing they have held your goods for clearance?
We can help clear those goods for you so they can be delivered onwards. This includes restricted goods (where permits are in place).
We will require:
– Customs Notice from ABF and Australia Post (usually on Australia post letterhead)
– Tracking details of the package
– Commercial purchase invoice copy
If you call Australia Post on 13 76 78 they will be able to tell you if your goods are held for clearance. We can not tell you if they are holding it for this reason.
In the event that you do not receive your Customs Notice, please call ABF direct on 1800 007 678 and request a copy. ABF should provide you with your Customs reference number that is required to submit a clearance.
