Customs Clearances

Customs clearance plays a vital role in the movement of cargo. Our team will ensure you commodities are classified correctly with the information provided and that any tariff concessions that may be available to help you are utilized.

We can also provide advisory services in regard to commodities you are looking at importing.

To help us help you get the benefit of any duty free concessions available it is important you can provide an IDM or detailed description of your goods for your customs clearance.

If you are not aware of anyone in Australia who can manufacture your goods, and there is no existing concession for them, we can submit an application for a tariff concession on your behalf, this usually costs between $1000-$2000 depending on the level of work involved.

We can also apply for tariff advices, which means Customs will give a ruling on what duty rate should apply to your goods if your item is odd, or perhaps could be classified under two conflicting headings.

Are you looking for someone to just do clearances for you? Then look no further, this is our specialty.
